Abnormal enhancement is defined as enhancement of higher signal intensity compared to the surrounding normal background parenchymal enhancement on a contrast-enhanced scan.
と書かれているが、firstで染まりが弱くてもabnormalと取るべき病変はあるはず…(segmentalな分布とか)。
あるいはfirstの時点ですでにwashoutしている病変とか。
persistent→benign、washout→malignantではなく、
persistnet→間質が多い、washout→細胞が多い
というように細胞密度の差で説明する方が良いのではないかと考えている
・delayed phaseの評価の数式が書かれていない
個々の症例についているkinetic curveでは縦軸の基準が0になっており、縦軸がsignal intensity increaseなのだと理屈があうけれど・・・
p.17の表は縦軸がsiganal intensity
p.18の表は縦軸がpixel value
